Markieff as most improved. That caught me off guard. I like Tyshawn calling him 'bouncy'.

>>Henry is already showing signs of being able to contribute in the latter category; says Aldrich, "One I've noticed in the last two weeks is that [Henry] hits the offense boards hard. Brandon Rush [the three-man on the '08 title team] and Xavier are both strong, but Brandon didn't quite hit the boards like Xavier does, and I think that could really help us."<<

I thought this was interesting.

I like this quote about TT.

"When your glue guy is a projected top-20 draft pick, you've got a solid lineup."

I can't wait for the BB season to start. It is gonna be a fun ride!

That was my favorite line as well. Winn wrote the championship story, didn't he? Really like him as a writer.

Good write-up by Winn. A little surprised to hear him name Markieff as most improved, as well. The season can't get here soon enough.

A fun read; thanks for the link.

That's what I was thinking when I read that. Here I was hoping for X to be half the rebounder that Rush was and some think he is already better? That's incredible. Not that I put too much stock in preseason tidbits but my expectations for X as a rebounder might have moved up to 75% of what Rush did on the glass.

If you're talking about the Championship book, I think you're thinking of Jason King.
