Best song- "Let My People Go-go".

BTW, anyone remember Fools Face? I liked them even more.

Fools Face was the first band I ever saw in Lawrence. As a freshman at the Opera House. No opening act. They played after an early showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show.

It's only my opinion, but I thought Steve, Bob and Rich as well as Fools Face were terrible.

Sorry.

Never saw Fools Face .... Not sure if they ever came to Wichita or not . Saw Steve , Bob & Rich once . Wasn't too crazy about them either . 'Bout a year later saw them as Rainmakers . HUGE difference I thought .

How can you not like the Rainmakers? They wrote a song specifically in honor of Hillary Clinton and Elisabeth Edwards:

BIG FAT BLONDE

by Bob Walkenhorst

I want a big fat blonde to hold my hand
To keep this skinny boy from blowing away in the wind
I want a big fat blonde
Ooo-wee!
A big fat blonde
Mama mama mama, keep your skinny girls at home
'Cause this skinny boy wants a big fat blonde

Me and my big fat blonde, we like to fight and scratch
I know I'll be the loser of a wrestling match
With a big fat blonde
Ooo-wee!
A big fat blonde
Mama mama mama, keep your skinny girls at home
'Cause this skinny boy wants a big fat blonde

Well, I'm talking six-foot Swede, 40-30-40
Amazon bombshell, tall, damp, and dirty
Talking six-foot blonde
Hubba-hubba!
Me and J.D. Salinger are sitting on your porch
I want a date with your sister, I'm doing it for
A big fat blonde

Inside everybody there's a big fat blonde
If you don't believe me, take a look around!
Big fat blondes
Everywhere!
Big fat blonde
Mama mama mama, keep your skinny girls at home
'Cause this skinny boy wants a big fat blonde

You're absolutely right ! Just remember that Queens "Fat Bottom Girls" was a lyrical ode to Barbara and Laura Bush .
"FAT BOTTOM GIRLS YOU MAKE THE ROCKIN' WORLD GO ROUND , GET ON YOUR BIKES AND RIDE !"

Now that is funny. I am still not sure the "Fat Bottom Girls" can compare to those huge cankles that Hillary is sporting. <img src="http://boards.kusports.com/ubb/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Are there no politicians with decents looking spouses or what? I guess Ahnolds lady is okay but anyone else? Maybe if we got more actors and rock stars to run at least there would be something interesting to look at while we were being lied too...ha ha

Yes, I agree. We must all sit back and judge our politicians by how hot their wives are.

Good point.

Favorite Rainmakers song would be - Downstream

Their self titled album is a classic. Their first 3 albums are all classics.
