21. Kansas keeps rolling. Think about this for a second. There are about six all-time dominant programs in the nation: UNC, Kansas, Duke, Indiana, UCLA, Kentucky. Those are the jobs any head coach would kill for. With the exception of Duke, each of these schools has gone through a slump related to head coaching changes at one point or another over the past 20 years. Kansas kept winning through post-Larry Brown probation by hiring a then-unknown Roy Williams. Then when Roy left, Kansas locked down another national championship by hiring the right young coach in Bill Self. That's two high-pressure coaching changes without any of the chaos of a Kelvin Sampson, Matt Doherty, or Jim Harrick. Consistency is key.

Nice. But I'd like to see this guys take on #25 on March 1st.

Did these guys forget about 1996 when K stepped aside briefly at Duke, and they went right to the tank?

Ya I wondered about that. Didn't they win something like 13 games that year?
