I don't care if someone is kicking our butt, at least we can hustle back on D. Allowed a dunk and two 3's because were walking back on D.

This is like an NBA game, and you see why Lawson is not highly projected. Not athletic enough or tough enough.

Win or lose, I want to see this team fight. We are down, and almost out, but at least we can fight and make this respectable.

They have to be shooting over 60% from the field and were down right now were down by 14.

I have never seen a Kansas team in my lifetime, 45 years, that has ever played this heartless and weak.

I will put some of this on Bill. His stupid hedging on D has allowed them to ape from beyond the arc and make easy layups.

I am ok with being outmanned, outgunned, and it not being our night, but we are quitting.

They are quiting for a reason. I think Self gave them a heads up that he is leaving or he knows for sure the ban hammer is coming down. Probably why he is bailing...Auburn barely beat a mediocre New Mexico St team...something aint right about this crap tonight...something bad.

I think this is the scum that we have recruited. Grimes is not a 5* player. Dedric Lawson is the most overrated player to wear KU blue. Dotson is a going to be good, but not yet. Ochai is plain out matched, and basically Garrett is what Garrett is.

McCormack is trying his butt off, but lacks so much.

How would Dok make this any better? Self and his stupid Defensive ways. He can't beat teams that shoot the ball.

Auburn is known to give up big leads. You took their best shot. Self will make adjustments and get them ready for the next 20 minutes.

This is way more embarrassing than getting beat by Bradley, Bucknell, Northern Iowa, VCU and who ever else in the early rounds.

Those games were just a few points loss a piece with the exception of VCU...that was a 10 pt loss...heck if the Clowns spanked us last week in KC why did we think we would do anything tonight...I did however thought we would be competitive....NOT..

Quite funny. Embarrassing really. Ineptness in pretty much all phases of the game. This is the physically weakest passing team I have seen in a very long time. Mostly telegraphed and without any zip whatsoever. Self needs to once and for all bring a different defensive type coach on board who will in addition to Self’s approach, teach a three point mindset throughout the season. Each of the bad NCAA losses over the years all come at the hand of teams who have their best 3pt percentage games of the season or ever. Self still tends to rely on old school percentage theories. Allowing an occassional wide open layup is better than allowing repeated wide open shots from the three.

I guess we should give more credit to Legerald Vick. We won more games with him than without. His shooting kept us at least in games to where Lawson could do some things on offense. We don't have a shooter without Vick.
