On the other hand AG Barr refused his boss’s orders to murder Adam Schiff in public ... thereby reaffirming his rock solid integrity.

“He has never tried a case. He has never argued an appeal, nor has he made any oral arguments in court. He has never conducted a deposition. He has zero experience handling criminal cases. He could not even name a single time when he observed a criminal trial,” Durbin said. “I believe nominees for a federal judgeship should know their way around a federal court room.”

“He’s written some really weird stuff,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.). “He’s different than I would have chosen, but I think he’s led a consequential life.”

Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.), who previously told HuffPost he was “doubtful” he’d support Menashi, said he’s had a change of heart.

“Some of his views are eclectic and some of them I don’t agree with,” Kennedy said. “I’m going to vote for his nomination because I think his reasons are carefully, carefully articulated.”

This is what love about Republicans: their ability to adapt to new information and change their minds about things. It’s courageous. Take the impeachment. Before, when we didn’t know for certain that it was extortion and not just asking for dirt on Biden, the Pugs were not really for impeachment. Now that they know how bad it really is they’re TOTALLY against it.

Now THIS isn’t too hilarious: GOP looking at the possibility of making Sondland, Giuliani and Mulvaney the FALL GUYS for that thing that there was nothing wrong with anyway.

Say, are we ever gonna get an update on that story where the minority chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee got the majority chair to bury exculpatory documents that exonerate Trump in Russiagate? Or more details revealing Hillary’s involvement in Seth Rich’s murder? Or shoukd I just check out MAGA Twitter?

Nimrata Haley wants all you trumpublicans to know that even though the grown ups in the room were trying to subvert tiny's worst inclinations, she was not going to be a part of that. She is a loyal trumpublican!

On the flip side it does confirm that Tillerson and Kelley thought tiny was running dangerously amok, but hey every president does that once in a while or every day.

Is Nimrata a possible successor to the tiny one himself at some point?

To hear her campaign casting herself as an acolyte of tiny should be entertaining. Can she pull it off? Have we seen her birth certificate yet? What kind of name is Nimrata anyway?

You who doubted GOP integrity might want to apologize. They’ve come around to “extortion is inappropriate ... umm, so long as we can have the name of the whistleblower.”

This whole thing is very sordid. Someone needs to be made an example of, let's start with the whistleblower. After we make whistleblowing criminal we can move on to criminalizing other forms of defiance of tiny. Like running against tiny in an election, or voting for a demonrat. We need to put more criminals in jail and clean up our streets for the "real Mericans".

I mean, leave him alone so he can focus on running his businesses, er, befouling the air and water, er, besmearing his political opponents, er, running up the debt, er. MAGA-ing is what I’m trying to say.

I hear that the War on Christmas started early this year in Wisconsin. How is the valiant Scotty Walker holding up? He is such a brave little Christian.
