I'll say 6-6. There's talent on this team, and I only see our weak conference getting weaker.

Zero four star the 1st year. Miles could grab Mertz and Hicks then KU fans would be thrilled.

Possible to get Jayden Russel though.

6 wins is a good expectation, we were 17 points away from being bowl eligible this year.

I'm thrilled with our new coach. Having said that, I still only see 3 wins next year (Indiana State, Coastal Carolina and KSU, with maybe Baylor). I hope I'm wrong, but if I'm not, I hope fans will be patient, as I suspect 2020 might be fairly lean as well.

I think you have next year about right and 2020. We won't see significant improvement until year 3. I expect bowl eligible year 4 and 5....and if not...we will be looking for a new coach by the 5th year.

Per the original post should we predict the number 4- and 5- star recruits? I don’t go by the star system, but I bet Miles kicks recruiting up several notches.

My fantasy predictions include a good QB and maybe building our identity, over time, as the Big XII’s best defense.

Hot in July and cold in January.
The July heat will be caused by global warming, the cold in January will be a result of climate change.

If Miles had coached this team this year 6 wins was very possible. I believe much talent is there for next year and with decent recruiting in vital areas 6 wins next year is attainable.
