Attorney by day, cyber security advisor by twitter; is there anything that Rudy can't do, he is like a human Swiss army knife, granted the blades haven't been sharp for awhile but he is still a knife.

And ... they’ve done it. For you morally neutral folk out there who still somehow found the energy to accuse Florida Dems of “cheating” maybe you’d like to have a go at this ....

Unconscionable, but not surprising. Seems the GOP had adopted "if you aren't cheating you're not trying hard enough" as their mantra.

I don't think the morally neutral even have the energy to play the bothsides card anymore.

Only losing would be immoral, as long as you win then you can provide for the greater good, even if the voters wanted something else.

The tiny & McConnell party is a glorious thing to see. They have transformed the party into a golden idol in the likeness of tiny; and he loves it.

Guess we need a separate Republican Cheat thread.

Nate Silver and 538 has just changed its rating on the election fraud NC 9 race to “lean prison.”

Listening to some of the accolades being tossed about at the Bush funeral, I was struck by how much different the discussion is when you describe a loser. All of the praise about his character and how he treated people. The new republican party doesn't sit and pat itself on the back for character, it is all about winning now. The hell with participation medals, those are for people who get captured.

How refreshing.

The tiny party gets tinier every day. Luckily they have an election strategy that amplifies their numbers.

Tired of having to choose between suppressing voters and power grabs that thwart the will of the people? Now you can do both!

Breaking: North Carolina GOP passes voter ID law in lame duck session before they lose supermajority & Dem gov can veto. Law targets voter impersonation, which is practically non-existent, while doing little to stop massive election fraud committed by GOP in NC09

So the head of the GOP is now open to having a new election. Seems like a basic first step to purge this corrupt result.

I have a question, though. Do you now oppose ballot harvesting? Is this something you are universally willing to condemn and see banned? Or just in this case?

The sheer transparent chutzpah is almost admirable. The GOP is so degraded as a party that they see their only way back from complete annihilation as continuing to either outright cheat and disenfranchise or simply change the rules after the voters have spoken. When what they ought to do is scrap the whole thing and try to re-forge the party into what it once was lo so many years ago. Pathetic doesn't begin to cover it, though as I always I provide the caveat: #theyalldoit

Let’s just go ahead and make it 41 seats in honor of HW.

The NBC News Decision Desk had previously called Mark Harris (R) the apparent winner in anNC-9 but has now withdrawn that declaration
