Had a classy thank you to say for Kansas football experience. Going back to his home in Texas for his redshirt senior year.

lol, the departure of a WR that didn't even play last year, and that had a total of about 100 yards receiving the year prior, is what is convincing you this team is going to be awful?

The fact we have NOTHING on the roster as far s D1 talent. Now we have a coach who should be gone NOW that will be just sitting and waiting for his $3 million dollar buyout that will come after week five.

Care to bet on wins? Anything more than 0 will truly shock me.

Right, no argument there....my point is that you used the departure of, at best, our 4th, 5th??? best receiver (assuming he came back healthy from his knee injury anyways), from a pretty poor receiving core, as something that would make us suck. LOL. Bobby sticking around wasn't changing that.

I would say that if we had anything resembling a D1 coaching staff, culture, attitude, etc...I could see Sims, and a few others being D1 level talent. Not stars, but middle of the road. I mean Saban had to have seen something in Charlot that KU has since killed, right?

Phog1004 - Hartzog was on IR last year so his stats didn't look too good!

If we are/were waiting for a senior-driven class to turn around this dumpster fire, Hartzog would be someone who could qualify as a senior with some experience. OJ Simpson? Obviously not.

yep, which is why I typed " (assuming he came back healthy from his knee injury anyways)". Agreed that the glove doesn't fit here with Hartzog, though

Nope, your first post didn't read like that. In order to make a point, you said zero about it being a med redshirt year.

Lack of seniors in the trenches are what kills a team. Losing a fifth year, third string WR, does not kill a team. But this is a case of death by a thousand cuts

Hartzog is symbolic of the successful efforts by Beaty (not) to get his roster right. It's another sign of WHY DB should be relieved of his duties sooner than today.
