It sounds like Dorrance is declaring. I wish him the best, and can not blame him.

Wise up next. . . .

Sounds like he might be a real steal in the draft. Coach him up and bulk him up and you have something really special.

Good for him. Too bad for KU. I don't blame any player football or basketball jumping to the pros if it looks like they will be a high enough draft pick.

Something the KU staff could never really accomplish.

Look for the Wise announcement tomorrow. Shoot, the ONLY part of the 129th ranked defense that was any good has walked(OK Dineen is good).

If Beaty/Bowen can’t coach him up, he is doomed in preseason NFL

You are correct dgless stand in, while I will tell you that Lee's talent is good/outstanding, he got "coached down" to more of HS JV player this past year. Not bein a hater, just sayin.

I'll always remember Armstrong as that one guy who wouldn't shake Mayfield's hand in front of those little kids, then dodged the media after the game leaving Dineen hanging out to dry.

That's why we're recruiting JUCOs, guys.

It just so happens that Dorance, Wise, and Dineen all stood there and didn't shake Mayfield's hand and they are all HS recruits. Since it was SUCH A BIG DEAL, we started recruiting JUCO guys instead. We've never had a JUCO not shake hands with a guy that goes out of his way to ruffle people's feathers.

Beaty is just making sure it doesn't happen again.

I really hope he does something quick. The way two of you are reacting to it, I feel KU Athletics might go out of business because of it.

WE HAVE TO OVERREACT TO EVERYTHING! HOLY SHITSNACKS, BATMAN! THEY DIDN'T SHAKE HANDS! TO THE PIT OF MISERY!

Right? RIGHT?!?!

Dilly, dilly!

Give him a break. It was a mistake not to shake Bakers hand and then another mistake to not talk about it. Overall he seems like a good kid. He just made a couple mistakes that in the end hurt no one. We all make mistakes just most of us are fortunate enough to not have them on TV.

You can teach little kids to walk to the pregame coin flip, but then turn tail on handshakes any old time. Not my kid!

An example of Beaty losing his mind.

Beaty wasn't part of the coin flip, and I'm really not sure how you didn't already know that.

Glad I could enlighten you.

Literally, Beaty wasn't "there" but if he didn't keep his interest in the coin flip and shakes, let's just fire him now. He lost his reality sense for a while beyond the game's end as well. Tried to justify his captains decision. Then turned tail when the consensus was - bad idea.

Gawd I cleared that up for you.
