Our bigs should be embarrassed. Mason had 10 boards and Ellis had 9.

I understand PE has the green light to shot from 3. But I think he shots it a little too early in the shot clock. From time to time anyways.

I am tired of playing Michigan state. Seems like we play them every year. Seems like they have our number.

The record is now 6-5 for them, wouldn't call that dominant. In fact fairly even. I enjoy our match ups with them, always a good game between teams that play stout defense. I would however like us to have a home and home series with teams like Gonzaga, New Mexico, and yes even Duke.

But the schedule only allows so many good non conference match ups for us, if the MSU game wasn't the championship game of that tournament we wouldn't have played MSU this year.

Mason's confidence seems improved this year, as does his ball-handling and his understanding of doing ALL things, like rebounding.

He had a couple bad turnovers against Michigan State, one which was late in the game and coulda been critical. But his mistakes seem to tick him off and make him more focused on his next opportunity, whether it's skying for a rebound, bringing the ball up against pressure, or setting up a teammate. He's reminiscent of Sherron at times.
