Hey! The Royals are 4 games above .500! That's much better.
Anyway, they should be able to get 2 out of 3. Guthrie on the mound tonight. Shields tomorrow. Wednesday will be tough though. Wade Davis is starting, so expect at least a couple of runs. Plus Samuel Deduno is going for Minnesota, who has been pretty damn good lately.

Well, I feel confident about tonight's game. 6 runs in the 2nd inning for the Royals and the Twins lead-off double in the 4th comes to nothing.
The Twins are brutal. Yay!

Gordon started the year so hot. And not just for a week or two. It was a long hot streak. And since, he hasn't been very good. But he has looked pretty good the last couple of games. Hope he gets his average back up around .290 or better and hits some more homers by year's end.

The offense is so much better with Moose and Hosmer hitting well.
Alcides seems to realize he can hit well by going to the opposite field and being crafty with bunts. He cannot hit the ball in the air, that's not his game.
Kottaras is the most patient, relaxed hitter KC has had in a long time.
The pitching staff is absolutely amazing.
It's kind of nice to return the favor to the Twinkies when they beat KC 17-0 or something like that 3-4 years ago.

Pretty impressive. Fitting that a Budweiser sign is right over her head. Those fountains do not look like fun because they have some really sharp objects in there, from what I think I've seen.
