The bats need to do something with Meche on the mound. Between Mesche and Soria we gave up 0 earned runs today, and only won 4-3 in 10 innings. At the beginning of the year I thought our bats would be our best weapon, but they are proving me wrong game in, game out.

Why rush Hochevar. I mean, what good is it going to do? The Royals aren't playing for 2007 or 2008, maybe not even 2009. So again, what good does it do to bring him up now?

The Royals starting pitching this year has been pretty decent actually, well at least compared to the Royals of the recent past. Their bullpen on the other hand is like a man smoking at a gas station.
