Please forgive me if this has already been posted. With a lot of people still grieving and/or bashing, I've found it more helpful to move on.

Phog, the problem is we don't have many scholarships to give out. Since this board is 100% convinced we get Selby and/or Knight, wheres the check going to come from for Ross ?? And don't we need a ready-to-play guard? At rank 43 how ready is this guy ?

When he said "I like the roster over at Oklahoma" was he refering to the fact that there would be no PT competition?

We have the roster (given no transfers and X and Cole declaring) to compete for whatever we want next year. 2010-11 is about executing.

Like it has been said, we already have the players to compete for a championsip...they just need to get on the court and prove it. Any additions to the team are bonus at this point. We already have 9 or 10 guys that can start next year and none of them are named Morningstar.

what we really need is to save the open schollies and put 2 or 3 McyD's AA around the twins and TT as seniors

I can't believe that people think we're somehow going to be ready to compete for the NCAA Championship if we lose Collins, X and Aldrich. It's just fantasy.

What starting guards are you thinking about ?? WHo's going to be our starter in the wing? I'm not convinced we'll have a post unit that's as good as Shady-Kaun and Jackson even...

Compete for a national championship with these guys ???

That's just another cobbled-together version of the past two years... and the worst version of it yet...

And yet the rosy-glasses cheerleaders still think we can win with that "quantity over quality" mish-mash.

thats 8 players i mentioned so quantity isnt a good word to describe it, travis and withey being a rodrick stewart cole aldrich type player the 08 team had. The twins will be great next year also.

I just happened across that article and thought I'd share it.
I'm not the recruiting coordinator. Aequity didn't offer me the job as his assistant

I am aware of our current roster, but you never know what is going to develop.
As for the concern for his being ranked #43, except for the painfully obvious players such as (wall) .... those numbers are completely stupid, designed to sell web-site memberships, get coaches fired, and fan-bases going crazy; because a lot of people can only compare and contrast numbers, not players.

Evaluating HS players AGAINST HS players is not an exact science.
