well, the year is over for KU, so I was thinking what teams are gonna be the "top of the line" teams next year?

I think in no order, Kansas, UCLA, UNC, Georgetown, Ohio State, and Duke will be the top 6 pre-season teams next season.

Anyone care to share thoughts on this?

I think Kansas gets everyone back w/ Aldrich to add some space inside. Kansas will have some good senior leadership, and I believe that Arthur is gonna add some weight and be an amazing post player.

UCLA doesn't have a senior in the lineup, adds Kevin Love, the top 07 big man coming in, and even in Aaron Afflalo were to leave, Russell Westbrook is waiting on the bench, a very solid role player.

As for UNC, don't see them losing many people, if any. Maybe Brandon Wright, but Deon Thompson and Alex Stepheson are both really good freshman backing him up.

Georgetown has only 2 seniors, both role players. If Green leaves, Dajuan Summers and Vernon Macklin were both high recruits comming out of high school, and are freshman to replace him. They also have a McDonalds guard coming in.

Ohio State will drop off w/ the loss of Oden and Lewis, but will still be pretty good.

Duke is Duke. Not gonna stay down for long, only lose McRoberts and bring in 3 McDonalds All Americans.

Any thoughts about the teams to beat next year?

I only see Duke somewhere from the 10-15 range at the beginning of the season. They are losing their best player, and still won't have a point guard.

yea, but they got a really good pg coming in next year in Nolan Smith, and Paulas played much better at the end of the year.

lol, ya but I don't see 10 teams better next year. I am assuming that UF is gonna lose Horford, Noah, and Brewer, and that Texas is gonna lose Durant. I think Rush is real close to leaving, but he isn't top 20 guaranteed yet, so he stays.
