My gawd tmcats, you may be the worst poster in the history of the internet. Your constant abuse of the English language is hard to watch.
Do you know what a pun is? Wait, don't answer that. I'm sure you don't.

And I don't want to speak for MICH, but it seems to me that his point is very clear:

Quote:

There is a damn good reason that girls athletics is NOT taken as seriously as boys. Until the girls change their mindset, this will not change. Until the parents change their mindset, this will not change. There is no way that the publics mentality will change regarding girls athletics until the participants change theirs.

is that for example k-state, uconn, texas tech, tennessee, iowa state and other wbb programs are not taken seriously by their fans?

if so, it is indeed pointless!

Let's try this one more time:

Quote:

Want to share the attendance numbers for the men's final four vs. the women's? How about TV numbers?
Yeah, I didn't think so.

I agree with basically everything that was said in the post about not being taken as seriously as boys sports, but I think it's very pointless to be taking up the argument on the WOMEN'S Basketball board. This is the first board on this site that I posted on, and when I started posting, everyone over here seemed to be strong supporters of women's sports, but I guess the off-season brings the women bashers back to the board.

ksu wbb is just as popular across this state as any men's team including the kwho squad. get over yourselves and your 1950's mentality. this is the 21st century. chamberlain is dead.

No, you didn't...

Tell us the one about the "entire state" watching the K-State women in the NIT finals again. That was classic.

Funniest...post...ever.
So dealing in reality means you have a 1950's mentality?
Since you ignored my previous question, try this one:

Would you like to compare merchandise sales, TV appearances, and TV ratings for KU MBB and KSU WBB?
Yeah, didn't think so.

was across the state, correct. 'the fred' was packed to the gills. k-state wbb is as popular as any men's sport in this state. it's that simple. someday perhaps kwho wbb will catch-up, but with the attitudes i see here, i seriously doubt it.
