That did it for me. I knew then that Kansas was the place for me.

Osorio, the Co-Region 18 Player of the Year, also was named NJCAA All American. She led the Golden Eagles in scoring with 15.4 points per game, steals with 3.9 per game and assists with 4.5 per game. She ranked second on the team in rebounds with 5.9 per game. She leaves CSI with her name etched in the record books, ranking third all time in steals (203), fourth all time in assists (226) and sixth all time in points per game (14.1).

A 5-5 point guard, Lyons played at Trinity Valley Community College the last two seasons and prepped at Skyline High School in Dallas, Texas prior to junior college. She is ranked No. 4 nationally for her position and No. 11 overall. Over the last two years, Lyons led TVCC to a 61-10 record, including a 30-6 campaign in 2016-17 that ended with a loss in the national championship game. She averaged 11.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.6 steals per game.

Richardson, a native of Lee's Summit, Missouri, joins Kansas after two seasons at Johnson County Community College. At the conclusion of her sophomore campaign, Richardson garnered National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-America First Team honors. The 2017 Kansas Jayhawk Conference MVP and first-team all-conference selection, Richardson was the league's third-leading scorer with 15.1 points per game and was the top rebounder with 10.7 boards per game. She also recorded 20 double-doubles as a sophomore. Richardson is one of only four players to record over 800 points and 500 rebounds in her career at Johnson County. She also helped the Lady Cavaliers post a 64-4 record over her two seasons. 

Sara Boric - Transfer from NEO A&M College

Boric, a native of Kator Varos, Bosnia, comes to Kansas after a season at Northeast Oklahoma A&M and two seasons at North Carolina State. A 6-5 center, Boric started all 32 games for NEO this past season and was consistently ranked nationally as a Top-5 junior college center. Boric helped NEO to a 28-3 record, an OCAC championship, Regional II championship and an appearance in the NJCAA National Tournament. In 2014, Boric played in the U18 Women's European Championship for Bosnia and Herzegovina. She helped her team achieve a fifth-place finish in Division B.

Strangely, the only 3 KU commits I knew of were all HS:

Brittany Franklin, Bailey Helgren, Micaela Wilson.

The important part about them is they are all highly regarded at the national level and came from winning clubs. They can all make an immediate impact.

All 4 transfers made their choices with in the last week.

Really intrigued by Boric, the big gal. What a pedigree, experience-wise.

Brandon's gonna have to show some strides with the program this year.

Thanks INation for keeping us informed and for the detail; you provide on these recruits.

I hate to sound like a broken record but we know more about the women's bb program from INation than we do from reporting in Lawrence Journal World.
