New OL Players

New OL Players - 08/05/18 05:15 PM

I looked at ISU, KSU and TCU rosters and our OL players are going to be bigger than theirs are this season. We will be similar in size to Ok State, Baylor and Texas Tech on OL.

I am not saying we have as highly ranked OL players as those schools or that we can beat them but at least we won't be smaller than them on OL this season. Ricker said he will play musical chairs with the OL in the first few games to see who stands out and deserves to start so that should keep the OL players motivated.

Beaty talked about wanting to run the ball more this year. This revamped OL tells me he means it.

Not gonna save his job at all. Beaty isn't getting more than 3 games. The O-line will still be awful anyways.

New OL coach this year. Maybe that helps out.

Never trust a loser from Fizzou. Beaty is still the head coach anyways.

I hope they can redshirt some of the younger OL players now so they have another year of eligibility.

That will probably depend on the number of injuries sustained.

So that they can transfer with 3 years eligibility remaining when the next coach brings in actual talent that will bury these guys on the depth chart, or send them to Washburn where they belonged initially?
