Nebraska is a respectable choice, might not agree, but one can at least make a legitimate argument for them. But K-State #2? You gotta be kidding me. Bill Snyder should get coach of the year if KSU can win half its games.
Colorado might be a dark horse, but they have a long way to go.
I see Kansas a solid 9-3 this year, maybe even 10-2 if they can beat one of the South teams. The only team that will threaten them in the north is Nebraska, and we get the Huskers in Lawrence.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! Fourth? Has this guy watched any football in the Big 12 in the last couple years?
I can't guarantee that we win the division, but finishing fourth, I would put a substantial amount of money down that we won't finish fourth. Even third would shock me. First or second is most likely.

If you really want to get pissed think about the fact he doesn't have Kansas in the top 50 of the country.

Well, I think he's proven that his opinion doesn't carry much weight.

So he has KSU/CO finishing 2/3, even though the Prince left the program devoid of much Big 12 talent, and CO has done abolutley nothing since Hawkins was there. I guess they are going to magically start playing 100% better. And Nebraska is favored simply because he thinks they have the best lines in the north? Last I knew you have to have someone behind the o-line that can do something with the ball, and Nebraska is in no better shape than MU in that regard. Sounds like someone trying to be different in order to get attention. I guess he succeeded.

Nebraska has just 13 returning starters and loses 23 lettermen including their record setting QB which ties them for the 3rd least experienced team in the Big 12. --Phil Steele
Naturally, the Bugeaters should win the North with thier A list of credentials. Remember, they ARE Nebraska.
Well the Blackskirts haven't been NEBRASKA since about 1998. And, throw into the mix that the Nubs have to play in Lawrence this year where, correct me if I am wrong, we have outscored those yutzes 116-54 in the last 2 at Memorial. I know a good hunk of the Nubs and the Hawks weren't around for those arse kickings, but Reesing, Meyers, Sharp, Brizcoe were, so was Stuckey.
The Bugeater nation are also saying they are only going to lose 2 conference games this year. WRONG !!!!!! They will lose 3: KU, OU and at BAYLOR, thus if we lose 3, we have the tiebreaker.

Everyone bitches about KU's light schedule so why isnt anyone bitching about the rest of the North's light schedule since we have the tougher schedule? Someone is living in the past here! Snyder isnt going anywhere because he doesnt have Mangino and Stoops to recruit for him. Also having solid line play is important but so many teams have gone to the spread for that very reason. And the Nebraska people think their new coach is the next coming but wasnt most of his skill players recruits from his predecessor? Now that 23 lettermen are departing now what? An ass whooping in Lawrence? I dont think so. I hope we send the bastards back to shuck their own cornfields.

i agree, he missed on a few, with cu way too high.
other than that, and i'm not phil steele, he writes what i've been saying here for some time now. you could close on 6 straight.
and princeless did leave 'the legend' some talent, particularly on defense.

You are out of your f ucking mind, tm. ksu would have a hard time competing with Bethel, Bethany, and Ottawa of the KCAC this year.
Now, weren't you jsut on here a couple of weeks ago stating how Prince left the cupboard COMPLETELY bare unlike what ldhcbs did to him, which is what I argued, as bs lost his connection with the young recruits about three years before he left?
One article is all it takes for you to start slobering yourself, and think that ksu will honestly win more than 3-4 games next year? Damn, you're easy.
